School Uniform

At The Orchard’s we recognise the importance of school uniform as a clear sign to children that it is time for school. As such we expect that all children wear school uniform. Familes who are struggling with the cost of uniform should speak with our Parent Support Advisors who will be happy to help.

Our school uniform colour is a combination of navy and white. Most items can be bought from High Street shops. Items marked with a * below, some of which have the school logo on, are sold via the School Trends Website.

Families who are in receipt of free school meals will be provided with 2 jumper or cardigans when their child begins at The Orchard’s.

Early Years and Key Stage 1 and 2 uniform

• Navy sweatshirt or cardigan – logo’d are available from school trends website if parents prefer
• White polo shirt*
• Grey trousers / skirt or pinafore dress or Navy joggers

Reversible waterproof coats and School Fleeces with the school logo, are also available from The School Trends Website. 

Shoes or trainers can be worn for school. These should be black.

P.E. Kit

Children should come to school on their PE day ready for PE. The class teacher will ensure that parents or carers are aware of which day children have PE.

PE kit is …

• Plain white t-shirt
• Navy jumper or hoody
• Navy jogging bottoms or shorts.
• Children should wear trainers or pumps on their PE day.

Our school uniform supplier is School Trends, who will deliver uniforms directly to your home or school.
